Terms & Conditions of Sale

  • The Sale cannot be completed unless you agree to the terms.
  1. Payment may be by secure credit card transaction via our web site or orders can be mailed with a cheque payable to Paramedic Pocket Guide. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch Cards.
  2. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Carrier. Delivery Charges include VAT. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
  3. Delivery Charges: UK Mainland Only
    Orders up to £10 add £1.50
    Orders between £10 - £16 add £2.50
    Orders between £16 - £32 add £3.50
    Orders between £32 - £65 add £5.00
    Orders between £65 - £80 add £7.50
    Orders over £80 £8.50
  4. VAT is Not charged on the Pocket Guide Books, VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (17.5%) on all other products unless otherwise specified. 
  5. Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
  6. All goods remain the property of G Signs & Design until payment is made in full. 
  7. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
  8. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
  9. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. 
  10. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass you name and address to ANY third parties. 
  11. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is unopened. You will be responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item and for the cost of return delivery. 
  12. We are unable to supply goods on a trial basis. 
  13. Claims for damage and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. 
  14. Reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
  15. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
